Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Scope of Work

  2. The fee covers initial concept development, layout, typography, and final design execution for the approved card design.

  4. 2. Standard Package Includes

  6. * initial concept development

  7. * main design execution

  8. * print-ready PDF file

  9. * two preview exports (PNG and JPEG)

  10. * up to 10 revisions

  12. 3. Editable / Source Files

  13. Editable working files are not included in the standard package unless agreed separately.

  14. Editable files refer to source files such as .ai or .psd.

  16. 4. Delivery Method

  17. Final product/files will be delivered via E-mail or Google Drive link.

  19. 5. Working Schedule

  20. Production timeline depends on current workload, external activities, and client response time. Delays in communication or approval may affect the completion schedule.

  22. 6. Revisions

  23. Revisions are only accepted during the active production stage.

  24. Once the final product has been delivered, the commission is considered complete, and further revisions may be refused or charged separately.

  26. 7. Payment

  27. A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.

  28. Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been received.

  30. 8. Usage Rights

  31. The client receives the right to use the final approved design for its intended intended purpose.

  32. Copyright ownership of the design process, working files, source files, and production setup remains with the designer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  34. 9. Client-Supplied Assets

  35. The client is fully responsible for the rights, permissions, and licensing of all supplied artwork, characters, logos, photographs, and external assets.

  37. 10. Commercial Responsibility

  38. The design fee covers design services only.

  39. Any printing, reproduction, resale, merchandising, or commercial use of third-party intellectual property remains entirely the client’s responsibility.
